One month ago, on August 2, 2008, my wonderful aunt passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her house, next to her husband. They still aren't quite sure what caused her death.Her name is Genet Elizabeth Spiers Larkin. She was born on Febuary 22, 1967. She was only 41 years old. She left behind her husband of only 3 years, Kelly Larkin. 3 young daughters: Kyleigh-19, Breesha-17, and Sabrina-11. Also a new grandbaby: Brooklyn- 6 months old. She also left behind many others who love her very much!
She was my moms sister. We have been lucky enough to be close to all of our family. All of my aunts are like second moms to me, so this has been really hard. Although we are not quite sure why it was her time to go, I am so grateful to have the gospel in my life, to know that I will see her again someday.
